If your baby has passed the newborn phase don’t put off having a baby photo shoot as older babies have so much personality and are worth capturing. With ‘Lifestyle’ photography it doesn’t matter what age your baby is, it’s all natural and baby led.
By 3 months, they aren’t yet sitting up by themselves but there are ways to photograph them for a variety of shots. Your baby will have formed a strong attachment to you and will respond with lots of smiles so there will be lots of photos with Mum and Dad. By this stage they can raise their head when lying on their stomach for a short period of time, so tummy time shots are the cutest. Don’t forget those leg stretches and kicks when lying on their stomach or back.
So if you feel you’ve left it too late to organize professional baby photography, don’t worry, older babies are so adorable to photograph with memories for you to treasure in years to come.
