When you’re pregnant you’re trying to think of everything you need for when the baby arrives. Nursery furniture, clothing for the baby, car seat, the list goes on and on. With that you probably forget to book in your newborn photo shoot. A good idea is to let me know your due date around your 20 week scan and I’ll pencil it in my diary and leave room around that date to accommodate your shoot.
You don’t have to stick to the rule of photographing your baby within 5 - 10 days. I photograph what’s called ‘Lifestyle’ photography, very relaxed, simple and natural newborn photography. Preferably I’d love to photograph your baby either before they get milk pimples and a rash or after which can be around 5-6 weeks.
This lovely family have just welcomed their first baby, a newborn baby boy, isn’t he the cutest and oh so aware of the camera!
