Natural and Unposed Newborn Photography Melbourne

Newborn sessions are totally relaxed. I only lightly swaddle your baby and do not pose. There are photographers that specialise in posed newborn photography but I’m not one of them. It doesn’t matter if your baby is asleep or awake as long as they’re happy and content. It’s the emotive moments that I aim to capture. You’d describe my style as relaxed, natural and pure…..let them move and stretch as they want and not try to maneuver them into unnatural poses that babies don’t do. Newborn safety is a priority so Mum and Dad are always close at hand or holding the baby as it’s those intimate, emotive moments that I aim to capture.

These photos of gorgeous baby Archie and his besotted Mum and Dad show what you will receive from your newborn photo shoot. I’m so thrilled for previous clients when they welcome a new addition to the family! I photographed their first baby boy two years ago and what a joy it is to meet him again now as a two year old.
